I eat in the cafeteria with a group of friends every day and no matter how many napkins we use there are always too many napkins overflowing in the basket. I guess that they think there will be someone that feels the need to use every single napkin they can get their hands on. Or the crew just dont want to have to reload the baskets every time there's a group coming in.
