I noticed this Dale Chihuly piece while I was at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. I think it represents beauty because you walk into this great room and when you look up at the ceiling there is a small portion lined with all of this colorful glass. It reminded me of a kid goin into a candy store with all of the flamboyant colors.
The colors in this one is great. And the fact that they are all random is interesting. Of course, as we talked about in class it could be all planned out by the artist and they just want us to think that it's all random. Needless to say, I do really enjoy this one.
